Bikepark Schladming

Adrenaline kick on two wheels

Pure adrenaline at Bikepark Schladming! It isn’t just pros like Markus Pekoll and Sam Hill that are excited about this 35 km long line complex that drops around 1,000 m! Rookies are in their element here, too. The starting point for Bikepark Schladming is Planet Planai. The top of the course is perched at 1830 m, surrounded by the amazing mountain panoramas of the Schladming-Dachstein Region, and can be reached directly by riding up on the Planai gondola. The different degrees of difficulty promise perfect challenges for beginners and pros alike – guaranteed!

For ambitious downhillers

The numerous downhill courses such as the Pro Downhill, the 99 Jumpline, the Monster Jumpline, the Jack Lumber Trail as well as the World Cup Downhill, which are suitable for ambitious riders, offer steep descents and rough root passages. Mountain bikers will love the technically demanding routes with their tight curves. The legendary World Cup Downhill starts from the middle station. Even Markus Pekoll, Austria’s strongest downhiller and local hero, trains here, while multiple world champion Sam Hill has claimed Schladming as his personal favorite course.

For Beginners

On the Flowline, which also starts at 1,830 m, you can take it easy and enjoy the wonderful view of the Dachstein. The Flowline offers riding fun for everyone and is especially designed for beginners and groups to move in nature together with the bike. The Fairy Trail is also perfect for beginners.

For skilled riders & beginners

The medium trails in the bike park, the Rookie Downhill, the Kessler Line and the Downtown Line are characterized by many curves, some small jumps and waves. All these three trails are connected and run from the top station to the Planai valley station. So you can enjoy a total of more than 1,000 m altitude difference of trail fun on medium difficult terrain.

For Sporty Bikers

All those who feel too comfortable with the gondola can now also cycle from the middle station to the top station. Whether by e-bike or normal mountain bike, the Uphill Flow Trail leads over a slight incline and through wonderful nature.

Timekeeping & Bike Center

Everyone who feels like a pro or who simply wants to compete against friends can take advantage of the automatic timekeeping feature they’ll find in the finish area. The downhill and bike-cross courses both offer permanent timekeeping.

Bike Center in the finish area supplies all bikers with the right equipment as well as spare parts. The Bike Center is also a base for bike guides and the place to turn for quick repairs.
