In January the sky in the Dachstein-Tauern-Area is crowded: more than 50 hot-air ballons from 12 countries, like Japan, USA and Australia fill the sky. Next to the Night of Ballons a special event sends shivers down our spines: skydiving right out of the balloon.

However, hot-air balloons are not only a matter of January. Go with the wind and enjoy the panorama as an eagle sees it. “Dachstein-Tauern Balloons” invites you summer and winter to an unforgettable take-off. Needless to say, their number one priority is safety.
