Terms of Payment:
To guarantee a reservation, we require a deposit in the amount of 20% of the total amount at the day when we send your reservation confirmation.
Payment in full is due at the time of checkout – we accept Visa, Diners Club, American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard or ATM cards, as well as cash.
Terms of Cancellation:
Free cancellation up to 1 month prior to the day of arrival. If cancellation is made after this date, the following cancellation fees are charged:
- Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival: no charge
- Cancellations of 29 - 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the room price
- Cancellations on short notice: 100% of the room price
We suggest to get a travel insurance in order to take care of any eventualities. Europäischen Reisestornoversicherung (www.europaeische.at) is your professional partner.
